"A writer whose works have outlived a century"
Today, the Fergana District Information and Library Center, together with active readers and a library employee of the district's General Secondary School No. 55, held a round table titled "A writer whose works have outlived a century," dedicated to the birth anniversary of Gʻofur Gʻulom, an outstanding figure of Uzbek literature.
During the event, participants discussed in detail the writer's rich creative legacy and the humanism, patriotism, and philosophy of life reflected in his works. Participants read samples of Gʻofur Gʻulom's poems and stories and discussed their relevance today.
The round table helped further increase readers' interest in the writer's work and encouraged deeper study of our national literature.
