Reading begins in the family: "Reader mother – reader child"
Reading also depends on the family environment. In enlightened families, attention to books is applied in raising children. A book is a person's closest friend and adviser, a whetstone of the mind, and a source of knowledge. 
Based on the idea "Reading begins in the family, reader mother – reader child," a conversation was organized by specialists of the Information and Library Center. 

Specialists of the Fergana District Information and Library Center held a round table together with the Oʻtanov family, active library readers who live at 101 Toshtepa Street in the Hosilot mahalla. Promotion of new books was organized for children and reader mothers.
