Ensuring and protecting human rights is one of the main conditions for building a democratic society. The consistent policy of the state in this regard creates ample opportunities for citizens to live a prosperous life, think freely and demonstrate their potential.
An employee of the Fergana district information and library center, together with the prevention inspector of the Yanbarok mahalla citizens' assembly of the district, organized a discussion among the population on books and reading and "Human rights under state protection."
