Ensuring and protecting human rights is one of the main conditions for building a democratic society. The consistent policy of the state in this regard creates ample opportunities for citizens to live a prosperous life, think freely and demonstrate their potential.
Employees of the Fergana district information and library center, along with updating the literature provided to the mobile library organized by the district's Vodil mahalla citizens' assembly with preventive inspectors, organized a book and reading session with employees of the internal affairs department and a conversation on the topic "Human rights under state protection".
