Ensuring and protecting human rights is one of the main conditions for building a democratic society. The consistent policy of the state in this regard creates ample opportunities for citizens to live a prosperous life, think freely and demonstrate their potential.
The employees of the Fergana district information and library center, active readers of our library, organized a conversation with 7th grade students of the 4th general secondary school in the district on the topic of books and reading and "Human rights under state protection". During the conversation, views were exchanged on the new edition of the Constitution of Uzbekistan.
