These days, two important state dates are being widely celebrated in all spheres of our country: January 14, Defenders of the Homeland Day, and the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the country's Armed Forces.
One of such spiritual and educational events took place at the Fergana District Information and Library Center.

Today a round-table discussion on the theme "The Armed Forces are the pillar of our state and society" was held at our information and library center. Partner organizations took part in the event: servicemen of military unit 9229/Sh located in the district, Lieutenant Oybek To'xtashyev, deputy of the TvaMIBD, reserve Major Jahongir Nazirov, reserve Captain Abdusalom Ro'ziboyev, Xomidod Shavkatjon, a specialist of the district spirituality and enlightenment department, and students of general secondary school No. 55. During the event, a slide show and presentation of the book "Men ham harbiy bo'laman" were held. The participating students enlivened the event with their poems and songs.
