The 2nd International Spring Festival "When the Apricot Blossoms"
A Navruz mood, the ringing of alyor and lapar songs, a showcase of national values. A pilaf contest, a wrestling match of young athletes, a spring outing — all of it found a place at the festival.
On March 18, the 2nd International Spring Festival "When the Apricot Blossoms" was held in the village of "Qapchugay" in Altiariq District. Staff of the Fergana District Information and Library Center also took an active part in the event.
