Memorandum signed with the Fergana District Department

At the Fergana District Information and Library Center, a memorandum was signed with the Fergana District Department of the National Agency for Social Protection in order to develop mutual cooperation in raising the reading culture of civil servants and further expanding the ranks of active readers.

The main purpose of the memorandum is to expand and further develop ties between civil servants of the district's organizations and the Center, promote cultural exchange between them, strengthen spiritual cooperation, reach broad segments of the population with reading, and assist in holding spiritual and educational events on the ground that promote reading.
