2025 has been declared the Year of "Environmental Protection and the Green Economy".
Shavkat Mirziyoyev explained the naming of 2025 as the "Year of Environmental Protection and the Green Economy". "Dedicating the year to this, we will sharpen our laws and put our affairs in order. It will be good if we steer every decision and decree toward greening," he explained. An exhibition of books on the theme of the name of 2025, the "Year of Environmental Protection and the 'Green' Economy", was organized at the Fergana District Information and Library Center.
